I’ve been covering Prime Day sales Fashion For several years now, my shopping master plan has always started with wardrobe essentials. Prime Week is the perfect opportunity to refresh my wardrobe with pieces that I wear on repeat throughout the year. First, I grabbed a couple of Madewell’s soft and simple crew neck tees, which come in a few different colors; they’re a real must-have no matter the season. Levi’s baggy jeans are already in my cart too – I wear them all the time and love pairing them with a simple pair of Havaianas flip-flops (which also happen to be on sale already!) for a simple, urban summer look.
Speaking of summer clothing, I’ve found some amazing early styles that I can’t wait to wear as the temperatures start to rise – including ones I plan on taking with me on vacation. High on my wish list is Ciao Lucia’s white poplin skirt—I can wear it with an oversized button-down shirt and black ballet flats for a meeting in the city, then throw it on in a bikini for an aperitif while exploring the Italian Riviera. I also can’t wait to wear Leset’s lightweight boxer shorts – another great option on muggy days as I tend to go for pieces that are light as air but still look put together. Sneakers are always calling my name (another great travel companion), and both the Adidas Sambas and Vans lace-ups are on sale – grab them while you still can.
Don’t be shy about filling your cart with limited-time, sale beauty items, either. I’m revisiting some of my favorite skin protection products – starting with La Roche-Posay Cleanser, which was recommended to me by a facialist and has become a morning and night essential. Sunscreen is a must too, I’m focusing on Round Lab’s moisturizer which is part of all the amazing Korean beauty products currently in stock. Don’t forget the Medicube Zero Pore Pads – they’re a must-have for all the sand, sweat and grime I deal with this time of year (and probably the lowest price ever).
