It’s all about the grand entrance to the 2026 Met Gala, with stars stepping out in their finest red carpet looks. The first to capture fashion in all its glory? Of course, our photographer Phil Oh was standing by at the foot of the steps as the Sprinter van rolled by.
As arrivals began arriving at 4:30 p.m., there was no telling who Oh might spot — whether it was Maya Hawke waiting her turn on the carpet, or Jenny and Lorde making a quick exit a few hours later. Maybe we’ll even get a glimpse of some of our favorite celebrity kids, like North West, who helped drop her mom off at the Met two years ago.
