Although Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton arranged trips to Tokyo and Coachella early in their relationship, we didn’t see them together much. But over the weekend, the two gave us a glimpse of their couple style during a date at Nobu Malibu.
While Kardashian stayed true to her style—neutral and body-hugging—she added a decidedly sporty edge to her date-night look. But don’t expect her to don F1 gear – instead, the reality star opted for a short dusty pink trench coat draped over her shoulders. She paired the crop top with a dove gray maxi skirt that featured pleats and an exposed zipper, and accessorized with a pair of gray high-heeled flip-flop sandals.

Like Kardashian, Hamilton also opted for grey. While the Skims mogul embraced some color, the F1 driver went all out with an ensemble: a loose gray collared top with black button-downs and wide-leg charcoal trousers. He completed the outfit with a pair of black leather boots, rimless glasses and two diamond tennis necklaces.
The new pair present a united front thanks to their emphasis on grey. But the wide range of shades — plus Kardashian’s trendy pink — means they never look too matched. Kim Kardashian and Lewis Hamilton’s dinner date seemed like the ideal soft-launch outfit tip: A unifying factor would go a long way.
