It was a family night for the Kardashian-Jenner clan as Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner and cousin Cici Bussey headed to Spago restaurant in Beverly Hills for dinner last night. As we head towards summer and sweet life again, how should we dress for family dinners?
Of course, Kim and Kris chose to stick to their tried and true style rules. Kim wore a classic gown from the Gianfranco Ferre Fall 2004 collection from My Haute Wardrobe: a burgundy gown with built-in bodice and embroidered cups, cut at the front, webbed sleeves and a high collar. As always, it follows the contours of the body like a mermaid skirt. She paired the look with oversized sunglasses and stilettos, and wore her hair in a sleek bun.
Jenner, meanwhile, kept her sweet, nostalgic style secret: She wore a cream patterned Valentino wool coat dress that fell to her thighs and was secured at the neck with a large black bow. She paired it with white fishnet stockings and black and cream hijab heels.
It’s been a big family week for them: Just days ago, Kim and Kris attended Scott Disick’s birthday party set up at Nobu with all the kids, Kardashian’s boyfriend Lewis Hamilton (who they’ve been publicly linked to since February, after a rocky Super Bowl launch after weeks of rumors), and his own mother. Since then, Kardashian and Hamilton have found a common couple style groove, fusing their love of luxury brands with elements of sporty chic.
No matter the occasion, dress code or season, Kim Kardashian takes her archives seriously.
