It’s a complex network of changemakers, from consultants sharing best practices and certification bodies pushing for higher standards, to sustainability teams revolutionizing fashion brands from the inside out, to suppliers driving sustainable transformation from farm to factory. Collectively, these leaders tend to be under-resourced, often operating in silos, but are tasked with achieving system transformation goals.
This year, we decided to turn those insights into something more actionable: a toolkit for building a successful sustainability team and creating the right systems of motivation and influence to help them succeed.
