Mindray and IHH Healthcare signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to advance healthcare innovation.
The collaboration combines Mindray’s technical expertise with IHH’s hospitals, including Gleneagles, Parkway, Acibadem and Fortis.
Focus areas for the collaboration include smart and digital hospital transformation, value-based and data-driven care, sustainable and socially responsible initiatives, and clinical knowledge exchange and medical education.
The memorandum of understanding was signed by President Zhang, General Manager of Mindray Asia Pacific and Aaric Niew, Deputy Director of Purchasing of IHH Medical Group. Li Zaiwen, Senior Vice President of Mindray Group, Dr. Kenneth Tsang, CEO of IHH Medical Group North Asia and CEO of Gleneagles Hospital in Hong Kong, and other senior leaders attended the signing ceremony.
