Williams’ appearance reportedly caused Dsquared2’s website to crash, a reminder that celebrity, spectacle and the collision of the two remain at the heart of fashion month’s offerings. Nowhere is this more evident than in the front row, which has become a traveling circus of very famous men: Liam Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Noah Schnapp, Nick Jonas, Henry Golding and Colman Domingo flew in to see Ralph Lauren Lauren’s show – only the brand’s third this century – while Damson Idris, Louis Partridge and Nicholas Hoult were sent to Prada. All this said, we’re less than a week into the season and Giorgio Armani, Louis Vuitton and Dior are still showing.
