65 Questions I Had After Binge-Watching ‘Beef’ Season 2

After months — nay, years — of rare watercooler television, 2026 has given us a lot to think about: love story, Euphoriaand, now beefThe highly anticipated and exciting second season dropped on Netflix this week.

It’s no secret that Netflix tends to stream all episodes of a season at the same time, which is great news for those of us who like to close the curtains at 4:30 p.m. and enjoy a night of uninterrupted viewing and all. Indeed, this is exactly how I consume beef Season 2 – This experience has brought me highs, lows and questions, a lot of questions. In fact, by the end, I actually had more questions than answers.

These are the 67 questions I left after reading beef Complete Season 2.

  1. Why does 29-year-old Austin behave like this?
  2. Why does everyone always eat French fries in this show?
  3. Why does Troy randomly transform into Josh when talking to him?
  4. Who is Carey Mulligan’s hairstylist? Because they do it very well.
  5. How did that plastic surgery patient die from a single facial laceration?
  6. That $20 million festival resort sure looks nice, doesn’t it?
  7. Why does Ashley call Josh a baby boomer when he is clearly an older Millennial (Generation X)?
  8. Why did Austin give that rude woman a red Gatorade?
  9. What is this whole Gatorade exchange about, anyway?
  10. Why is that blond nurse so evil?
  11. In fact, what was the purpose of this whole hospital thing?
  12. Why are there so many ants and flies in the play? Is this talking about “society”?
  13. Where do they live, because I want to live there too?
  14. Why would Ashley use her own very well-known car to drive to the house she planned to break into?
  15. Speaking of which, how did she know there would be an invoice in that bag? Why are they just lying there?
  16. Why does Josh, who frantically demands to see the neighbor’s ring video to find Burberry, not even take a closer look?
  17. Why did that shop owner throw the missing Burberry poster into the trash like this?
  18. Why didn’t Lindsay question the store owner when she saw her throwing the poster?
  19. Why did Lindsay stop and smile faintly at the old lady eating pumpkin pie?
  20. How did Burberry get to the hiking trails with those little legs?
  21. Why are wealthy Americans so corny?
  22. What was the point of the whole Hot Chip scene?
  23. Speaking of which, why are there so many random cameos? Benny Blanco? Finneas?
  24. Why did Lindsay so readily agree to give up custody of Burberry II when she was clearly the more enthusiastic parent?
  25. Why would they write a divorce post when they are not famous? Do ordinary people do this now?
  26. Why does everyone keep praising Austin for being a physical therapist when he’s not even trained and probably not that good?
  27. What “steamy” gift did Lindsay bring to her child’s birthday party?
  28. If it was inflatable, why did she inflate it first and then wrap it up?
  29. Also, why does that kid at the party keep beating Lindsay so hard with that snake?
  30. Why was Josh standing at the door of the sauna with all his clothes on?
  31. Why did Josh think giving Austin LSD would convince him to delete the video? Isn’t there a more direct and simpler way?
  32. Why did Troy suggest “differentiation therapy” to Josh when it was actually a cancer treatment?
  33. So did anything happen between Eunice and Austen?
  34. What is Eunice’s entire purpose?
  35. Does Austin wear anything besides a hoodie?
  36. Has Ashley never flown on a plane before?
  37. Why is Lindsay pretending to be an American woman named Megan?
  38. Why did Lindsay flush her phone down the toilet? What does she hope to achieve?
  39. Isn’t it a little crazy that Chairman Park used his iPhone to arrange all his crimes? Couldn’t she at least have a burner?
  40. Why is everyone always trying to get people to drink other people’s bodily fluids?
  41. Why did Josh take so many Valiums? Can’t he just take the pill like a normal person?
  42. Also, why does Josh need so much Valium? I know he probably can only do this for OnlyFans now, but he’s in his 40s instead of 80s? !
  43. How did Troy get these suspicious invoices? Like, why is he investigating this?
  44. Why are Lindsay and Austin so keen on having a baby right away? Don’t they have something to figure out first?
  45. Why are the hues of the random plot points in the graph that’s all?
  46. Why did any of them think it was a good idea to travel to Seoul in the first place?
  47. Why had Austin stared at that cup of coffee for so long when they were in Trokos?
  48. Why didn’t anyone tell Ava she shouldn’t be there to get plastic surgery?
  49. Why did Dr. King ask Josh to hit him?
  50. Why do Lindsay, Josh and Austin run away from a guard in the middle of the road in full view of everyone? Can’t they try the backstreets?
  51. How did Josh find Lindsay on the streets of Seoul? Isn’t this a huge city?
  52. What does he hope to achieve by going to Seoul? What is he going to do, fight Chairman Park?
  53. How many takes do you think the final fight scene needed to get right?
  54. So they left Ava in Trojos? I think she’s a bit mean.
  55. Has it ever been explained why Ashley hid the USB drive?
  56. If Austin can escape from a rooftop so easily, why can’t everyone else?
  57. So Austin went back to Ashley because Eunice didn’t say “I love you” passionately enough?
  58. I know Ashley has abandonment issues, but is there really no one else she can have a baby with?
  59. Why did the whole thing turn into a farce in the end?
  60. Who is in the grave that Chairman Park is talking to?
  61. And while we’re on the subject, why do they refer to her as “Chairwoman” throughout? What’s her real name?
  62. Why does Josh need to know where Lindsay lives?
  63. So Lindsay got pregnant almost immediately after Josh was arrested?
  64. Does anyone else want the entire series to focus solely on Carey Mulligan’s character?
  65. I kind of wish she could be a character in it white lotus also?
