After a great year – including a buzzy collaboration with A24 Marty Supre Designer Doni Nahmias, who recently returned to the Paris runways, has unveiled yet another collaboration that will no doubt get his growing fan base of streetwear bros talking. Los Angeles-based Nahmias has moved from the fictional world of table tennis to the real world of Formula 1 racing. Starting tomorrow, fans of the F1 and fashion worlds (there must be some overlap, right?) can get their hands on the limited-edition Nahmias x Formula 1 collaboration, which includes tracksuits, jerseys, T-shirts and trucker hats, all evoking a prep-and-track vibe, available online and in real life at a pop-up store in the Miami Design District, timed to coincide with the Grand Prix weekend.
Namias quickly established himself as a savvy guru, creating a lot of hype for his projects (e.g., the success of that project) Marty Supre The capsule was so big that police reinforcements were deployed at temporary windows in New York and Los Angeles to monitor the crowds). But Namias said the Formula One partnership had been in the works long before people were camping out all night in the hope of winning the title. In recent years, Namias has cemented his reputation as the go-to guy for athletes, both fictional and fictional and real. And, of course, there’s Marty Mauser, Timothee Chalamet’s screen incarnation. But in the real world, the brand is represented by IYKYK among some of the industry’s greatest athletes, like Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow, Indiana Fever linebacker Caitlin Clark, and even race car driver Charles Leclerc, who, as fate would have it, recently starred in Nahmias’ ad campaign with Puma. For Nahmias, sports have always been a fundamental part of his lifestyle: he played T-ball and soccer as a child, and he still finds time to play basketball with friends three times a week. In addition, Namias not only designs clothes for these famous athletes, but also maintains close friendships with them outside of work.
Formula One was introduced to the sport eight years ago by Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc, and it was the obvious next step. “I got into the Formula One world with him and found it so fascinating,” he said. “The whole sport, what these drivers do and everything that goes into building the cars is exciting. It’s an incredible sport.”
