Vogue First! Shop Mango x Eckhaus Latta’s Summer Capsule—Exclusively for the Next 24 Hours

“The yin and yang are integrated into this brand,” wrote Vogue Runway’s Nicole Phelps in her post-show review of Eckhaus Latta’s Fall 2026 collection. Duality has long been defined by designers Mike Eckhaus and Zoe Latta, whose use of experimental materials, inclusive design and commitment to creating clothes for real people has made the brand a mainstay in downtown fashion since its debut in 2011. Now, the brand is bringing its unique perspective to a wider audience through its first-ever collaboration with Spanish retailer Mango.

Mango x Eckhaus Latta is a capsule collection of 43 beach-to-city essentials designed for the urban chic and Seaside Dwellers, featuring gauzy dresses, signature lightweight knits, and even a selection of statement swimwear. Through Vogue First, Vogue Shopping readers will be able to purchase the item exclusively 24 hours before anyone else.

After successful summer collaborations with brands like Siedrés and Simon Miller, Mango was unconvincing when he first pitched the idea to the design duo. “It’s a win-win for both parties,” Zoe said Fashion. “We also love that they have a Mediterranean feel and have an inherently summery feel to them. It’s really exciting to design for this specific season and client.”

In blending the two worlds, Mike explains: “We wanted it to be simple and fun while still providing scope for the individual. Considering this may be someone’s first interaction with the brand, we didn’t want anything to feel too heavy-handed. Instead, we focused on keeping it refined and easy to understand.”

This collaboration also marks Eckhaus Latta’s first attempt at a “see now, buy now” model, breaking their traditional fashion show schedule. According to Mike, this freedom became one of the defining characteristics of the series. “It’s completely carte blanche,” he said. “Whether it’s a Mediterranean summer from an American perspective, or summer in Los Angeles or New York, we want to create a wardrobe of clothes you’ll actually want to wear in June, July and August, not for a specific event or destination, but for all the different ways you move throughout the season.”

Like much of the duo’s work, Mango x Eckhaus Latta draws heavily on elements from the natural world. The collection’s shirts, slips and swimsuits feature seashells, frog eggs and fish scales that Zoe photographed herself. “It felt like the universe,” she said. Elsewhere, woven handbags and hand-blown glass jewelry reinforce the same artisanal quality.
