Rihanna and A$AP Rocky had a great date night Very Seriously. Typically, you’ll find them eating ravioli and gnocchi at their favorite Italian restaurant, Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica. If they were on the east coast, they would expand their horizons a little bit: Caviar Russe, Siena, Aloft Hotel, Ambra. Last night, the coolest-dressed couple decided to switch up their looks and hit the comedy stage.
Rih and Rocky were spotted heading to The Laugh Factory in Hollywood for a much more low-key date night than usual, but that didn’t mean dressing up any More relaxed than usual. Rihanna wore an oversized polished lambskin jacket by Willy Chavarria, paired with a knee-high slit black skirt and thigh-high leather boots. She also sported blood-red painted nails and her signature large sunglasses. Rocky teamed up with Rih in a soft black leather bomber jacket, a black T-shirt, blue jeans and gray suede sneakers, which he also accessorized with a pair of dark aviator glasses.
We knew not to expect anything from Rocky and Rihanna—if they left their three kids, Rza, Riot, and Rocki Irish, at home, it would be a full-on fashion event. For Valentine’s Day, Rih dressed in Valentine’s Day colors, adding a fuzzy red scarf to her cinched ERL jacket with a slinky red knit dress underneath, while Rocky opted for a crimson leather trench coat. This is a couple who likes to get into matrix mode wearing the finest leathers.
