Bad Bunny Designed His 2026 Super Bowl Adidas Sneakers Himself

Bad Bunny’s halftime performance at the 2026 Super Bowl will go down in history, especially since he was the first Latino male artist to headline the event. While Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin’s special appearances may have caused a stir, our eyes were naturally also focused on what the Puerto Rican superstar wore that night.

Instead of opting for brands like Schiaparelli or Maison Margiela like in the past, Bad Bunny surprised fans by donning custom-made clothing from high street giant Zara. The head-to-toe cream look included a collared shirt and tie, a sporty jersey emblazoned with Ocasio’s name and number 64 (thought to be a nod to his mother, Lysaurie Ocasio, who was born in 1964), and matching chinos.

Is the styling finished? The Grammy winner rocked a pair of ’90s-inspired platform sneakers, specifically his BadBo 1.0 sneakers from his collaboration with Adidas. Over the weekend, the same style was released in limited quantities in brown and white (to commemorate Bad Bunny’s birth year, to be exact) and sold out immediately. Meanwhile, the rapper was also spotted wearing the yet-to-be-released grey, black and blue sneakers at last week’s pre-Super Bowl press conference.

With millions tuning in to watch the Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday night, it makes sense that Bad Bunny would emulate his own design on the big stage. After all, he is his own best advertisement.
