This past weekend, New York was packed with celebrities attending pre-parties and events for the 2026 Met Gala. Instead, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet opted to spend a night at the theater with the rest of the Kardashian family and Chalamet’s mother, Nicole Friend.
The couple attended the performance 13 fear Yesterday on Broadway at the James Earl Jones Theater, starring Adrien Brody and Tessa Thompson. (Kylie’s sister, Kim Kardashian, is now a producer on the show.) dune The actor and beauty mogul sat in the theater for hours, all while wearing her own comfortable casual attire. Chalamet wore a replica of Argentina’s 2006 blue blazer for the away game, paired with navy combat pants, a black baseball cap and white high-top sneakers. Jenner, meanwhile, wore a beige knee-length trench coat, a black top and cropped pants, dark oval sunglasses and her favorite Manolo Blahnik thong-heeled sandals.

Earlier this week, the couple attended a New York Knicks game, sitting courtside and wearing their best millennial attire – Jenner in classic Isabel Marant white denim with crystal embellishments. The pair have never been one for the cookie cutter type, sticking to their respective streetwear and elevated, sexy new age styles.
The Knicks courtside scene was one of the first real-life scenes we saw of the couple’s romance blossoming. Since then, they’ve taken the awards season with aplomb, walking red carpets and attending glitzy events together. Will this mark their Met Gala couple debut? Will they decide to coordinate? Both have worn some Haider Ackermann styles in the past, so they could go down this route with Tom Ford.
