Bella Hadid’s style has undergone something of an evolution in recent years, transitioning from Uggs in downtown New York City to a Schiaparelli girl on the Cannes red carpet. The model and Orebella mogul has taken a step back from opening or closing nearly every major show on the fashion month circuit and started stocking her wardrobe with equestrian essentials. But with the new season comes a style shift: Hadid hung up her pony-girl headpiece and replaced it with an accessory very much inspired by Carolyn Bessette Kennedy.

A recent photo posted on Instagram showed the inside of Orebella’s boardroom, where Hadid debuted a new look that was a far cry from her Western-leaning aesthetic. Instead, she tends to wear something more CBK-esque, wearing a crisp white shirt and a classic trench coat, paired with a slim headband. It seems that no matter how famous you are, you can’t escape love story.
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve noticed the popularity of CBK and JFK Jr. styles. (Case in point: I saw two men in suits and Kangol hats hanging out outside the office this morning.) And Hadid, who has become part of the Ryan Murphy universe thanks to her cameo as a Balenciaga model in “Balenciaga.” beautyall seem to be FX-approved ’90s wardrobes.
