When in Milano: Margot Robbie Tests Out Sciura Style

Milan Design Week is in full swing in the northern Italian city, attracting artists, architects, designers and the most fashionable interior design minds to take part in the annual celebration. Margot Robbie dropped by one of Milan’s buzziest new cultural venues and made sure to dress appropriately.

this Wuthering Heights The actor attended the opening of luxury home brand RH’s massive gallery on Corso Venezia, a 19th-century palazzo that has been transformed into a multi-level retail, architectural and hotel destination in the city’s historic fashion district. For the occasion, Robbie left the modern Bronte look at home in favor of some sciura style (For those of you unfamiliar and who don’t have this great Instagram on your explore page, Sciura is an elegant, impeccably dressed Milanese woman. Think: leopard print and Sophia Loren sunglasses, a set of gemstone jewelry, a beautiful custom suit.)

How is Margot Robbie embracing the sciura look? Of course it’s Armani from head to toe. Robbie chose a charcoal gray suit and wore a purple and gold crab brooch on his peak lapel. She added a slate gray knitted sweater and turtleneck ruffled shirt underneath, and cinched her long pleated suit pants with a red and gold belt. On her feet were round black leather flats.

Her freshly cut bob was styled in a messy, wet look, with bangs falling over her brows. The glamor is kept simple and sparkly.

This is a far cry from Margot Robbie’s usual style. Most recently, the actor – now finally done with her massive press tour – was spotted in Saint-Tropez, embracing a decidedly alternative anti-bohemian aesthetic in jeans, a matching bucket hat and a brown leather jacket.

Robbie was also in attendance, with Zoe Saldaña posing beside her in a sparkling gold Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello dress and Cartier jewelry.

Now, Margot Robbie is ditching Regency fashion trends to embrace her full range of style: Presto!
