When it comes to eye-catching manicures, metallic polish is the way to go. At the 2026 Met Gala, glittery manicures appeared in droves on the red carpet to honor the “fashion is art” dress code. Blackpink’s Jisoo, Lisa and Jennie brought completely different nail art styles to the red carpet. Indian artist and entrepreneur Ananya Birla also stayed true to the theme, matching her nails with a striking metallic mask. But the fun didn’t end there—live co-host Ashley Graham and WNBA star A’ja Wilson extended the metal theme to their fingers and hands.

Jennie took this simple style up a notch, opting for a simple beige base and applying an iridescent chrome varnish to her nails, while Jisoo added subtle silver accents throughout.
