The Trump administration has announced plans to open an Ebola quarantine and treatment center in Kenya to serve Americans who have been exposed to the deadly virus overseas. Mark Strassmann reports that Secretary of State Marco Rubio now says no Ebola patients will be allowed to enter the United States.
