Kendall Jenner has remained silent in the face of media and internet speculation about the work she may or may not have done. That all changes as the model opens up about plastic surgery, beauty treatments and social media’s dissection of her appearance.
Jenner joined Owen Thiele on the Jan. 9 podcast, in your dreamThere, their conversation ranges from her first modeling job and growing up to fame, to her depression, anxiety and beauty regimen.
“I swear to God, I’ve had two rounds of baby Botox in my forehead [and] That’s it,” she told Tiller, putting to rest many rumors about a “total facial reconstruction.”[That’s] It’s the only thing I’ve ever injected. “
She also shared how she takes care of her skin after years of adult cystic acne. “My favorite thing is the skin rejuvenation,” she said. Jenner is particularly fond of platelet-rich plasma microneedling. “I’ve been doing this for a long time because of my acne scars.” Jenner’s sister, Kim Kardashian, also known as the “Vampire Facial,” was one of the first celebrities to support the treatment, sharing a photo of her bleeding face during the treatment. Hailey Bieber also represented PRP when she appeared on the show. While it looks dramatic, as Jenner mentioned, it shows benefits in promoting tissue regeneration and stimulating collagen.
Jenner also uses plasma injections to further address “fine lines”: “I’ve had it injected into my crow’s feet and laugh lines.”
“I’m not going to sit here and let anyone believe that I don’t have a job,” she continued. “The whole world on the internet thinks I’ve had a full facial reconstruction. “I’m just here to tell you the truth, the truth is I’ve never had any plastic surgery on my face. there is nothing. I never had any job. “
It’s refreshing to hear Jenner admit so candidly that the family has been shaping and defining beauty standards for financial gain for more than a decade. Jenner is also following the lead of her sisters, who have been more open about sharing their surgeries. Kylie Jenner detailed her breast augmentation surgery, down to the size of her implants, in a TikTok comment.
Regarding the two injections of Baby Botox into her forehead, Jenner said she “didn’t like it.” “I think about it sometimes, but my brows are so straight and low that I really like how I move,” she says.
