Gillian Anderson Wears Dramatic Curls at the Cannes Film Festival

Gillian Anderson knows the importance of keeping things light, airy and, of course, floral in spring.

The 57-year-old actor attended a photocall for her upcoming film on the second day of the Cannes Film Festival. Teenage Sexuality and Death in Miasma CampAlong with co-star Hannah Einbinder and director and screenwriter Jan Schoenbrun.

For the occasion, Anderson and stylist Martha Ward chose a champagne floral embroidered dress from the Miu Miu Spring/Summer 2022 ready-to-wear collection. Her collaboration with the brand comes as no surprise, as she closed her fall 2026 ready-to-wear collection earlier this year.

For her hair, Paul Jones kept her curls long and loose with a deep side parting and volume (one of the biggest hair trends of the year), while makeup artist Zoë Taylor kept the look light and applied a subtle pink on the eyes and lips.

With the festival almost two weeks away, we can’t wait to see all the excitement ahead.
