The Queen of Cannes returns to the Croisette!
While we may be used to Bella Hadid gracing the Cannes Film Festival in a sculptural Schiaparelli lunge or a Saint Laurent-violating look, this model instead Sports fashion for her arrival.
Still, while Hadid may be dressed modestly, don’t expect her tracksuits to not become fashionable moments. The model, who recently made her Prada Fall 2026 debut (and walked the runway four times), chose an outfit from the Spring 1999 collection.
Hadid chose a light gray-blue turtleneck vest and matching knee-length trousers printed with Prada’s signature red thread. Launched in 1998, Prada Sport was an early entrant into the luxury athleisure category. Despite being nearly 30 years old, this vintage pair looks remarkably modern. The look certainly helped: Hadid added a pair of metallic silver Puma Speedacts, a sneaker beloved by fashion-forward celebrities like Rihanna and Jennifer Lawrence.
While Bella Hadid hasn’t stepped out on the Cannes red carpet yet, her sporty retro Prada ensemble is already a tantalizing kick off.
