30 Burning Questions I Had After ‘Bridgerton’’s Season 4 Finale

The following content contains serious spoilers bridgeton Season 4 Part 2.

If the first four episodes bridgetonThe swoon-worthy fourth season was about desperation, starving longing, and then the final four were more about, well, consummation—complete with secret trysts, steaming hot showers, false identities, and really big shocks. But once the end credits roll to Sophie and Benedict’s wedding – spoiler alert again! ——I started thinking about several big questions. These are 30 that keep me up at night.

  1. Did the people of the Regency era really mark their period this way?
  2. Does anyone else really miss Cressida?
  3. Is anyone else weirdly supportive of Cressida and Heloise’s friendship?
  4. “Back from my class last night” Isn’t that a classy way to say you’re on your period?
  5. Why does this fairly simple puzzle take three people to complete?
  6. I feel like I barely knew John, especially this season, so why was his death so affecting to me?
  7. Can someone explain to me how exactly John died?
  8. Does he just have a “headache”?
  9. So, how exactly did Francesca lose her baby?
  10. How did Percy climb out of the window? Hopefully we’ll see that.
  11. Is anyone else crying at this Scottish funeral?
  12. This is probably the most touching experience I’ve ever had bridgeton plot ever?
  13. Is this how the courts worked back then? It’s terrible.
  14. So if the nobles accuse you of something, they don’t need evidence?
  15. Is anyone else weirded out by Eloise and Hyacinth’s chat?
  16. Will anyone else watch a Percy spinoff?
  17. So, in the end, it was as simple as that, could Sophie lie about her ancestry?
  18. I don’t quite understand why Violet doesn’t marry Lord Anderson?
  19. Yes, she wanted to find herself, but why was she so panicked before because he didn’t want to marry her?
  20. Why did Michaela leave again when she said she wouldn’t leave?
  21. Did everyone stick around for the end credits?
  22. I really like upstairs and downstairs Downton AbbeyStyle vibes this season, but is that just because Sophie is a maid?
  23. Basically we never see these people again?
  24. Does this final shot mean Benedict will once again pursue painting full time?
  25. Could he have an affair with a man next season?
  26. Will we see Lady Danbury’s adventures in the homeland of her ancestors?
  27. Will next season focus on Héloïse?
  28. Will Gregory and Hyacinth also have their own separate seasons?
  29. Or could they condense all of this into one or two seasons?
  30. Basically, I love this and never want it to end, but also: how long will it last?
