“As part of the natural evolution of its organizational structure and governance, the Dolce & Gabbana Group confirms that Stefano Gabbana has submitted his resignation from his positions at Dolce & Gabbana Holding Srl, Dolce & Gabbana Trademarks Srl and Dolce & Gabbana Srl, effective January 1, 2026,” the company said in a statement on Friday.

“These resignations have no impact on Stefano Gabbana’s creative activities on behalf of the group,” the company added.
