Paloma Elsesser Pregamed Tory Burch With an At-Home Massage

Yesterday was a busy day for Paloma Elsesser, who had a front-row seat to the Tory Burch Fall 2026 show and swerved down the runway.

As a fashion week veteran, Elsesser’s daily routine is down to a science. “I always like to get a massage at home once or twice a week during the show,” she said. “It’s a great way to treat yourself and prioritize rest and relaxation during a chaotic week.”

For Elsesser, there is a difference between being a model and preparing for a show as an audience member. “Sometimes I practice my pose so I can maintain it when taking pictures,” she said Fashion. “But, generally, I just listen to calming music and remember to show up as human Paloma, not always as model Paloma.”

For the model, sitting front row gives her the opportunity to meet friends from all walks of life and cheer on her peers from the best seats in the house. “I’ve developed relationships with a lot of editors over the years, and it’s always a pleasure interacting with them in different ways,” she said. “I also love seeing my good friends walking. I always whisper to Alex Consani, ‘Best friend, let’s go!’ during the finals. Plus, love seeing the clothes move!”

As for her own look for the night, Elsesser opted for a brown skirt suit and a super cinched trench coat. “The dress is sheer, chic, and feminine. I feel sharp and sophisticated,” she said. You better believe she’s already planning her look for next season. “My favorite looks are the ones with hanging fish necklaces,” she says. “I’m a huge fan of fish elements; they decorate my home in so many different ways. I was so excited to see this element on the runway.”
