Nells Nelson Fall 2026 Ready-to-Wear Collection

Sisi Li echoed a common refrain from the Fall 2026 runway shows, “The whole idea, everything I do, is about layering. It’s not about the season; it’s about what you need in your wardrobe.” At Nells Nelson, the fashion industry veteran specializes in fine tailoring, whose appeal is as much about the feel of fabric as it is about silhouette. Once customers get used to the soft cashmere of her suits, it’s hard to wear anything else, which is why she puts so much effort into custom work.

The series will delight her followers and those unfamiliar with her work. She kept her color palette vibrant with deep bordeaux, caramel and teal navy, and she experimented with fresh cuts, like ankle-grazing trousers. The double-breasted jacket will be sold with a matching scarf, adding a dash of dashing attitude to an otherwise studious look. Another three-button, single-breasted style with a stand-up collar is a good choice after dark even when worn with non-jeans made from wool with different warp and weft colors. The most interesting development is a poncho with quilted details around the collar that doubles as a hood in a pinch.
