Indian Billionaire Azim Premji’s Wipro Buys Singapore-Based Olam’s IT Business For $375 Million

After the acquisition is completed, Wipro, the Indian technology giant founded by billionaire Azim Premji, will provide IT services worth US$800 million to Singapore’s Olam Group for eight years.
