There is probably no better example in recent times than this strangerBelle Burden’s best-selling memoir about the sudden collapse of her 20-year marriage — and on Wednesday, the streamer not only announced stranger The movie is indeed in the works, but it was also confirmed that the project will star Gwyneth Paltrow and serve as an executive producer.
This role makes perfect sense for Paltrow for a few reasons. Not only are she and Bourdain both blonde beauties, but the Goop founder and on-off actor has played a major role in modern divorce discourse. Additionally, the film will follow up Paltrow’s famous performance in Josh Safdie’s film. Marty Suprewhich makes her the charming but disappointed wife of a very wealthy man. (Um!)
