Chappell Roan showed off her beautiful chameleon muscles at Paris Fashion Week this week.
Just yesterday, the “Good Luck, Baby!” singer used (Fake?) Bob at the Acne fall/winter show. But the next day, she was sitting front row at Rick Owens’ Fall 2026 ready-to-wear collection with a completely different hairstyle.
The intricate half-up, half-down hairstyle was created by hairstylist Lacy Redway and includes structural and braided details that are reminiscent of Madonna’s signature braided look from her 1990 Blonde Ambition World Tour. Ron’s thoughts on the iconic look? Blonde ambition, but become a fiery redhead and add a touch of exotic glamour.

Makeup artist Andrew Dahling continued the otherworldly drama with purple eyeshadow and taupe lip, which perfectly matched Roan’s outfits, which included a draped top from Owens’ Spring 2017 collection.
Eagle-eyed fans may also notice that Ron’s naturally blue eyes were turned purple for the event, adding to the overall cohesion of the look. Colored contact lenses are a ritual at Rick Owens shows, with models often wearing full scleral contact lenses on the catwalk.
“I love that he brought purple back because I’m wearing classic purple,” she said after the show, declaring the glamor — which included oversized candy-colored lashes by Daniel Salstrom — “fantastic.”
There’s more to come from Paris Fashion Week, and we can only hope to see more dramatic beauty transformations from Roan.
