Burjeel Holdings and Aasandha to provide medical services to Maldivian patients

Maldivian patients will be able to receive treatment at Bergir Medical City in Abu Dhabi.

Burjeel Holdings PLC has announced a strategic partnership with Aasandha Company Ltd, the administrator of the Maldives National Social Health Insurance Scheme.

The collaboration enables Maldivian patients covered by the program to receive treatment at Burjeel Medical City in Abu Dhabi, Burjeel’s flagship quaternary hospital.

Patients will have access to services including multi-organ transplantation and specialty services such as oncology, cardiology and advanced orthopedics.

The agreement was signed by Burjeel Holdings CEO John Sunil and Aasandha CEO Aminath Zeeniya at the Aasandha headquarters in Male in the presence of senior officials from both organizations.
