Tonight, Bad Bunny became one of the most nominated artists for the 2026 Grammy Awards, picking up six different nominations, including Album of the Year and Song of the Year. Considering the importance of the night for the Puerto Rican star, it was imperative that he was at his fashionable best on the red carpet. (Although when did he no?) To celebrate music’s biggest night, the star wore a sleek tuxedo by Schiaparelli—the brand’s first menswear red carpet appearance.
The suiting vibe may evoke classic menswear looks, but Bad Bunny’s sophisticated black-and-white suit is actually based on a women’s look that debuted at the brand’s Spring 2023 show in Paris. A sculptural black tuxedo is classic enough from the front, but party-y from behind: The design features lace-up detailing at the back of the blazer. “This look is so easy – look how good it looks on me,” says Bad Bunny Fashion During his final fitting, he added that he’s not afraid to try new silhouettes. “My personality can be connected to different worlds and styles. Musically too.”

For a finishing touch, Schiaparelli’s signature tape measure is embroidered on the lapel. The look was also accessorized with Cartier jewelry. “We love this outfit,” said his stylist, Storm Pablo. “As far as Benito is today, this is the highest version of him. Schiaparelli designed this outfit and they never do menswear, which is really refreshing.”
Menswear is a relatively new category for Schiaparelli: Since Daniel Roseberry joined the label in 2019, there have been some menswear moments on the red carpet, with stars like Jared Leto and Daniel Pace putting their own spin on the brand’s pieces. But looking at an event as high-profile as the Grammys, Bad Bunny is now the first male star to wear the brand’s clothes on such an important stage—and clearly, he’s making himself look like a Schiaparelli boy. OK. Please bring more Hollywood men to SHARP.
