Kapoor told Tan The focus on less popular works is intentional. “The important thing is [the show] Not restricted by what the market can consume. Yes, parts of my practice are for sale. But throughout my career, I’ve always had all kinds of pieces—wax things and all kinds of stuff—and I’ve almost never sold one of them, and in a way, that’s what keeps my practice alive. “

One of the works on display will be at the edge of the world (1998), a massive suspended dome, the interior will be painted black instead of the deep red of its first two versions. There will be a version Falling into limbo (1992), will still be installed at the Manfring Palace after the exhibition closes in August.
