After attending a roundtable discussion at the World Health Organization headquarters in Amman, Meghan and Harry visited the QuestScope Youth Center in Zaatari refugee camp, the largest Syrian refugee camp in the world. For the engagement ceremony, the royal changed into a khaki T-shirt and pants, paired with a white button-up shirt and tan boat shoes from Vince.
