Chelsea Hansford styles the coolest, weirdest girls on their Cabo bachelorette trip. You take one look at her—wearing a cheeky trompe l’oeil bikini T-shirt, tonal striped cotton poplin drawstring pants, and puka shell-lined thong heels—and think, “Why didn’t I think of this?”
Hansford had always wanted to bring swimwear under the Simon Miller label. Now, as the brand grows, she’s able to expand her spring 2026 range to include two-tone onesies and slightly mismatched bikinis. “We have a lot of cover-ups, a lot of beachwear, so it was a natural progression to introduce full looks,” Hansford said. It’s also a shrewd business strategy. “I think the complete look is really interesting, especially with all the accessories, and it’s achievable at our price point,” she said. “So the goal is that you can cover up by swimming and have the full Simon Miller look.”
The growing business allowed Miller to experiment with her family formula. This season, she uses classic striped cotton poplin separates to create a patchwork interpretation of her best-selling button-down tops and strappy skirts. Accessories kept the healthy cheeky style going, too, from raffia bags embellished with seashells, oversized banana earrings (the collection, aptly called “Banana Shack,” was filled with this theme), and beaded bags depicting martinis and Old Fashioned cocktails. Are they all for daily wear? Probably not. But Simon Miller is more than ready for all of life’s most irreverent moments.
