American Academy of Pediatrics releases vaccine recommendations that differ from CDC guidance

The American Academy of Pediatrics released its own childhood vaccination recommendations on Monday. The list differs significantly from the scaled-down vaccine schedule released by the CDC earlier this month. Dr. Amanda Kravitz, a pediatrician at Weill Cornell University in New York City, joins CBS News to discuss.
