If you’ve been online for any length of time (guilty!), maybe you’re already familiar with it: the image of Hannah Montana blowing a kiss and waving goodbye through a window, her voice crooning “Whoa-oh-oh, is-eah-eahhh” in the background? Cue that.
Last night in Los Angeles, Miley Cyrus said goodbye to her recently revived Hannah Montana era (reminder: she brought back the famous TV character to mark its 20th anniversary in March). No more long blonde wigs or extreme millennial fashion here: The singer arrived at Dior’s Resort 2027 collection at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) with a fresh, modern look that felt more in tune with her own personal style.

Cyrus attended Jonathan Anderson’s Dior show in a light-wash double denim Canadian tuxedo, paired with a long-sleeved denim shirt and matching straight-leg paneled jeans. Her fashion accessories felt more suited to a fashion show than a rodeo: The star completed her look with pointy-toe heels, oversized shield-shaped sunglasses, and one of Dior’s more streamlined shoulder bags. While we personally love Hannah Montana’s bedazzled T-shirts and the return of 2000s maximalist ensembles, Cyrus’ Dior look last night definitely felt more like, well, Latest news.
The singer wasn’t the only hilarious celebrity to attend Dior last night, either. Also in the front row? Stars like Sabrina Carpenter, Anya Taylor-Joy, Chase Sui Wonders, Mikey Madison, Jisoo, Role Model and more. Given that the show is cinematic — and a homage to Hollywood glamor — it only makes sense that the front row would be packed with A-listers. Cyrus was one of the best viewers of the star-studded night. Sorry, we’re also looking for inspiration to wear denim this spring.
