What should you try?
If you consider yourself a health nerd like me, prepare to be dazzled. There are so many new things to try here (Venom Back Therapy anyone?), and to be honest, the spa menu seems overwhelming at first. With hundreds of dried flowers hanging from the ceiling and jars of herbs and spices lining the walls, The Alchemy Bar is an absolute must-visit. After a thorough consultation with the in-house herbalist, bespoke natural remedies are formulated before your eyes, a truly mesmerizing experience. If you’re not ready to switch from traditional supplements, start with a signature lymphatic massage, a treatment developed in collaboration with cult integrative facialist Annee de Mamiel (a fan of Sienna Miller), who creates the spa’s exclusive aromatherapy oils.

How environmentally friendly is it?
In addition to having more than 10,000 square feet of wild green roof space, Six Senses London works with local organizations to rewild the city, plant and protect so-called pollinator corridors: green pathways through the city that are important refueling sites for butterflies and bees. Both on-site restaurants also focus on sustainability, with 80% of the food sourced within a 100-mile radius. If you have free time, it’s worth booking lunch or dinner between treatments. With a variety of delicious homemade fermented foods on the menu, including miso and kombucha, eating here is great for your gut health, too.
What else do we need to know?
While you don’t need to be a member to book a spa treatment here, there is a private social club called Six Senses Plaza, by application only, that offers wellness services for those who wish to become spa regulars.
