Fifteen minutes is not a lot of time. That is, unless you’re Jennifer Aniston—the actress and entrepreneur told me that this is actually the best time to get work done. Particularly for Pvolve, this low-impact fitness routine helps her stay in shape at home and on the road. Pvolve classes (which you can watch live at home or complete in real life if you’re in a city like New York, Nashville, or Chicago) include classes based on sculpting, cardio, weight training, and recovery.
Inspired by how quick these new routines are (the quick series takes just 15 minutes), we asked Aniston to provide some quick exercises. Her favorites, below.
a quick meal
“I’m a meal prep person and it’s important to me otherwise I end up snacking on junk. I like rice cakes with nut butter and jelly. Sometimes I’ll use peanut butter powder, sometimes I’ll use peanut butter or almond butter. I also keep hard-boiled eggs in the refrigerator. Even though they can be smelly, I like to keep a few in the car in case I need a snack.”
quick workout
“I love working out quickly. Even the parts of my body I’m afraid of, like my glutes, I can do in such a long time. These 15-minute workouts work the entire body in a short amount of time, which is a game changer. I also love that you can work up a sweat during the workout.”
quick beautiful moment
“It’s all about my hair and my sunglasses. If I come back from a workout, I put a little dry shampoo on the roots and a little oil on the ends, and then I blow dry my face frame. After that, we’re off!”
